Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The referral program is open to all existing students, alumni, and external participants.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
2. Referral Process
- A referral is considered valid only when:
- The referred person enrolls in the course using your referral name/code.
- The referred candidate completes full fee payment.
- Self-referrals are not allowed.
3. Referral Incentive
- The referrer will receive a reward for each successful enrollment.
- Incentive amount may vary depending on the course package.
- Rewards can be:
- Cash payout / UPI transfer
- Course discounts
- Gift vouchers (if applicable)
4. Payment Terms
- Referral payout will be processed within 7–15 working days after:
- Confirmation of full payment by the referred candidate.
- If the referred student cancels or requests a refund, the referral reward will be cancelled.
5. Referral Limit
- There is no limit on the number of referrals.
- More referrals = more earnings.
6. Validity
- Referral program offers may change or expire at any time without prior notice.
7. Code of Conduct
- Referrers must not:
- Share misleading or false information.
- Spam or use unethical marketing practices.
- Any violation may lead to disqualification from the program.
8. Verification Rights
- Srisha Digital reserves the right to:
- Verify referral details.
- Reject invalid or duplicate referrals.
9. Modification of Terms
- The company may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
